Biro Daya Cipta
PT Perentjana Djaja began its journey on 1961, when three visionary architects—Mr. Ciputra, Mr. Budi Brasali, and Mr. Ismail Sofyan, all alumni of ITB—founded a planning consultancy called Biro Daya Cipta.
PT Perentjana Djaja
Biro Daya Cipta was officially renamed PT Perentjana Djaja, and relocated to Jalan Wahid Hasyim in the heart of Jakarta.
Civil Engineering Expansion
Field experience combined with evolving needs encouraged the expansion of services in various directions. In 1969, the company broadened its scope to include civil engineering services.
Wisma Pede
Wisma Pede, which eventually became PT Perentjana Djaja's Head Office, was built in Jl. MT. Haryono, South Jakarta.
BIM Expansion
As part of its ongoing innovation, Perentjana Djaja expanded its services to include Building Information Modelling (BIM), strengthening its expertise in integrated design and engineering solutions.
