The scope of work covered the preparation of conceptual and schematic designs, followed by the development of detailed engineering documents to support both architectural and structural aspects. This included the design of the building’s vertical and horizontal circulation, façade articulation, core structure, and basement systems, ensuring an optimal balance between functionality, aesthetics, and structural integrity.
