PT Perentjana Djaja contributed to the development of The Mandalika Resort Master Plan through a comprehensive scope of surveying and planning services.
The assignment included installing benchmark measurement markers, establishing horizontal control points with geodetic GPS, densifying the measurement framework, staking out road centerlines, compiling administrative boundary data, and determining land-area requirements, followed by detailed reporting.
In addition, PT Perentjana Djaja was entrusted with consultancy services for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) & ICT systems, as well as structural consulting for the construction of Hotel Pullman, Lot H-4, Mandalika Resort. These services ensured that both infrastructure and building systems met technical standards, supporting the successful realization of this prestigious tourism destination in Lombok.
