PT Perentjana Djaja provided planning and consultancy services for the Design and Build (Package 1) works of the Semarang–Batang Toll Road, focusing on Sections 4 and 5 (STA 425+300 to STA 449+200).
The scope of services included:
- Conducting a preliminary survey and collecting secondary data to establish baseline information for planning.
- Evaluating previous studies to identify key technical aspects and optimize design solutions.
- Preparing design criteria and standards to guide the overall development process.
- Carrying out field surveys and investigations, covering traffic analysis, topographic mapping, geotechnical studies, hydrology and drainage systems, as well as utility and road network assessments.
- Performing detailed traffic studies to ensure proper capacity and safety measures along the corridor.
- Preparing final engineering drawings to serve as the primary reference for construction activities.
- Calculating quantities and volumes for structural components to support accurate cost estimation and resource planning.
Through this assignment, PT Perentjana Djaja ensured that all design elements of the Semarang–Batang Toll Road Sections 4 and 5 complied with engineering standards, technical specifications, and the requirements of a Design and Build delivery approach.
