In this consultancy role, the firm was fully responsible for the architectural design development during Stage 3, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical standards.
Ciputra World Surabaya is a prestigious mixed-use superblock located in the CBD of Mayjen Sungkono, Surabaya, built on approximately 9 hectares of land. The development includes a luxury mall, SOHO, residential and apartment towers, office towers, hotels, and lifestyle units. With its modern design and extensive facilities, the complex has become a landmark in Surabaya’s urban landscape.
