For the Pamulang Mixed Use project, PT Perentjana Djaja was entrusted with the responsibility of structural design planning.
The scope of work included the design of the building foundation, such as pile foundations, as well as the design of key structural elements including beams, columns, and the building core. In addition, PT Perentjana Djaja was also responsible for the roof structure design, including reinforced concrete slabs.
Through this assignment, PT Perentjana Djaja provided a comprehensive structural design framework to ensure stability, safety, and reliability in the development of the mixed-use building.
