PT Perentjana Djaja was appointed as the consultant for the Master Plan, Site Plan, and Detailed Engineering Design (DED) of Pos Lintas Batas Negara (PLBN) Motaain, Tasifeto Timur, Belu Regency, under a Design and Build (DB-C2) scheme.
The scope of work included on-site surveys and data collection, preparation of development plans and construction drawings, and drafting work descriptions along with technical specifications. PT Perentjana Djaja also conducted consultations and technical discussions with stakeholders appointed by the Client, prepared planning completion schedules, proposed construction timelines, and assisted in preparing drawings for permit processing.
In addition, the team supported the tender process, provided technical evaluations of bidders’ proposals, and prepared field drawing revisions when required. Through these services, PT Perentjana Djaja played a key role in ensuring that the development of Pos Lintas Batas Negara (PLBN) Motaain was comprehensively planned, technically sound, and aligned with the goal of enhancing cross-border facilities between Indonesia and Timor-Leste.
