The Gade Tower, the new headquarters of PT Pegadaian, was designed by PT Perentjana Djaja, which also took the lead as the architect for this project. The planning process lasted 28 months, starting in 2019. It shows the commitment and dedication of the design team in laying the foundation for Pegadaian’s future vision.
Since its completion, The Gade Tower has become a new landmark in the Senen area. The President Director of PT Pegadaian, Damar Latri Setiawan, stated that this building is the tallest in the area and represents the company’s aspirations to modernize and digitize its services.
Construction of the building finished and was inaugurated on May 7, 2024. The inauguration event included a signing ceremony and ribbon-cutting by the Deputy Minister of BUMN, Kartika Wirjoatmodjo, along with the President Commissioner of Pegadaian, Loto Srinaita Ginting, and President Director Damar Latri Setiawan. This moment was even more significant as it coincided with PT Pegadaian’s 123rd anniversary.
