The assignment covered architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical & plumbing (MEP), interior, special lighting, landscape, and quantity surveying works.
The redevelopment project involved designing an eight-story mixed-use building with three basement levels, addressing both functional and aesthetic requirements. PT Perentjana Djaja’s team prepared integrated design solutions that aligned with international standards while responding to the client’s vision of transforming Al Harthy Complex into a modern, high-quality facility in the heart of Muscat.
