PT Perentjana Djaja provided permit management consultancy services for the Building Construction Permit (IMB) of the BNI Building in BSD.
The assignment covered several stages, starting from the collection of primary and secondary data to determine zoning compliance with the local RTRW (spatial plan). The team identified all required technical specifications and drawings, and managed environmental studies (AMDAL, UKL & UPL) for project phases with potential impacts.
Further activities included identifying land use, plot dimensions, site location, and site plan in relation to the area’s spatial regulations, along with a review of road networks, intersections, and planned transportation improvements by the local government. PT Perentjana Djaja also handled the entire permitting process up to the issuance of the IMB, including fee administration and document retrieval required for construction implementation.
A final report summarizing the consultant’s findings and results completed the assignment, ensuring that all regulatory requirements were addressed before the start of physical works.
