The scope of work encompassed:
- Architecture: from the pre-design stage, design development, preparation of working drawings and details, tender documentation, through to periodic construction supervision.
- Structure: including preliminary and detailed structural design, working drawings, tender documents, and ongoing technical supervision during construction.
- Quantity Surveying (Pre-Contract): providing advice, preparing cost estimates, Bills of Items, and tender documents.
Through these integrated services, PT Perentjana Djaja ensured that The Sanctuary Condotel was designed and documented with high technical standards, accurate cost planning, and coordinated solutions, supporting the realization of a premium hospitality facility in one of Bali’s most vibrant destinations.
