PT Perentjana Djaja delivered comprehensive structural planning services for the Cisauk Point development in Kabupaten Tangerang.
The assignment covered every stage, starting from gathering essential project data and preparing preliminary calculations, to defining the most suitable structural system during the concept and schematic design phases. Through the Design Development (DED) stage, the team finalized structural analyses, prepared detailed technical specifications, AutoCAD drawings, Bills of Quantity, and cost estimates to support tender and construction documentation.
In addition, PT Perentjana Djaja provided periodic supervision, including regular site visits, attendance at testing and commissioning, weekly and special coordination meetings, as well as delivering recommendations and technical solutions to ensure that structural works aligned with approved designs and quality standards.
