PT Perentjana Djaja was appointed as the supervision consultant for the construction of Flyover Martadinata. The scope of work included providing technical assistance to the planning and monitoring division, administration, equipment preservation, as well as construction and testing units. The team also supported data collection and processing related to national road management, monitored and evaluated study packages, environmental aspects, road safety, and surveys.
In addition, PT Perentjana Djaja assisted in preparing presentation materials, compiling monitoring reports (including pre-contract and executive summaries), and giving input on issues requiring further handling. The assignment also involved monitoring quality management implementation, reviewing detailed engineering designs, drawings, and cost estimates, as well as providing technical advice on project management, road and bridge engineering, legal, financial, and archiving matters.
Through these tasks, PT Perentjana Djaja ensured that supervision of the Flyover Martadinata project was carried out effectively, maintaining quality, compliance, and efficiency throughout the project’s execution.
