PT Perentjana Djaja was appointed to provide architectural design and planning services for the Galaxy Mixed Use Development (One Galaxy) project. The scope of work covered several key stages to ensure a comprehensive and integrated design process:
- Pre-Design Stage
Preparation of initial design concepts, including layout plans, elevations, and sections in accordance with the Galaxy Mixed Use Development (One Galaxy) scheme. - Design Development Stage
Development of the architectural design, coordination with structural and mechanical/electrical teams, refinement of special area drawings, preparation of outline specifications, and preparation of documents for TPAK and IMB permits. - Working Drawings & Detail Stage
Preparation of finishing material schedules, detailed drawings at scales 1:20, 1:10, and 1:5, as well as work plans and technical requirements. - Tender Documentation Stage
Preparation of tender documents (drawings and technical specifications/RKS), tender planning, technical evaluation, and recommendations for award. - Construction & Periodic Supervision Stage
Participation in biweekly site meetings, providing solutions to technical implementation issues, and delivering sketches or additional drawings as required during construction.
Through these stages, PT Perentjana Djaja supported the realization of a mixed-use complex that integrates commercial, office, and lifestyle functions, delivering a modern, functional, and high-quality urban development.
