PT Perentjana Djaja was commissioned by PT Metropolitan Development to provide architectural and structural planning services for the Metropolitan Tower, located at Wisma Metropolitan I, 9th Floor, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 29–30, South Jakarta.
The assignment encompassed the preparation of concept and detailed designs, structural calculations, and working drawings, as well as coordination with related disciplines to ensure an integrated and efficient design outcome. Through these services, PT Perentjana Djaja supported the development of a high-rise office building that combines modern aesthetics with structural integrity, reinforcing its position within Jakarta’s premium business district.
