PT Perentjana Djaja was appointed to provide Independent Quality Control (Pengendalian Mutu Independen/PMI) services for the construction of the Medan–Kualanamu–Tebing Tinggi Toll Road, covering Section 3–7 (Parbarakan–Tebing Tinggi).
The scope of work encompassed:
- Technical consultancy for road planning, including data collection, analysis of existing site conditions, and the formulation of design solutions to support the construction program.
- Technical consultancy for bridge planning, focusing on structural design, load analysis, and compliance with relevant engineering standards.
- Technical supervision of road works, ensuring that construction activities adhered to specifications, quality requirements, and implementation schedules.
- Technical supervision of bridge works, monitoring structural integrity, workmanship, and the application of appropriate construction methods.
Through these comprehensive services, PT Perentjana Djaja contributed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the project, supporting the successful completion of one of Sumatra’s key toll road corridors.
