PT Perentjana Djaja was engaged to provide review and technical assistance services for the construction of the Pemalang–Batang Toll Road. This assignment focused on assessing the Final Engineering Design and supporting the implementation phase through detailed analysis and coordination.
The scope of work comprised:
- Collecting and reviewing previous studies to ensure all relevant technical data and planning references were properly integrated.
- Coordinating with related government agencies and stakeholders to align the design with regulatory requirements and field conditions.
- Conducting preliminary activities, including traffic surveys, utility and road network surveys, topographic mapping, soil and material investigations, as well as hydrological and drainage studies.
- Evaluating and refining the proposed toll road alignment (route/trase) for optimal safety, constructability, and efficiency.
- Preparing plan and profile drawings of the toll road corridor as the basis for construction implementation.
- Performing traffic analyses and preparing traffic projections to guide operational planning and capacity requirements.
- Developing construction cost estimates to support budget planning and resource allocation.
Through these services, PT Perentjana Djaja ensured that the Pemalang–Batang Toll Road project proceeded with a robust, well-reviewed design, offering a clear framework for quality, safety, and cost-effective construction.
